We are looking for expressions of interest from Radiologists who have fellowship training in Paediatrics, MSK, Cardio-thoracic or Nuclear Medicine to join one of New Zealand’s largest teaching hospitals.
Based in the Waikato, one of the fastest growing regions in New Zealand, you’re only 1 hr 20 from Auckland International Airport. The existing team of 20 Consultant Radiologists and 9 Registrars have well established links into all the specialty and subspecialty clinical teams across the DHB and the hospital has an associated Clinical Medical School, affiliated to the University of Auckland. The Department also provides imaging support for a Level 1 Major Trauma Centre.

There are three newly equipped general rooms across the radiology and emergency department. Screening and interventional services are provided with a dedicated Toshiba C-arm fluoroscopy suite. The department has a two GE Logic 9 ultrasound units.
