It’s hard to believe that we are now into October, with Christmas just around the corner. This has been the year of constant changes with the most recent centered around mandatory isolation.

For anyone travelling to New Zealand and arriving from 3 November onwards, you will legally be required to have a voucher for managed isolation. Before you book your flights, you will need to register on the Managed Isolation Allocation System as the first step to securing your place in managed isolation:  https://allocation.miq.govt.nz/portal/

If you have already purchased flights and are arriving between 5 October and 2 November 2020 it is encouraged that you also get a voucher. Should you find there are no available places in the allocation system for your arrival date, you may apply for a place in managed isolation through the Special Allocation process. You will need to provide evidence that your flights were purchased prior to 5 October.
